What you will need to play on heRO :

If you don't have any Ragnarok Online already, then do the following :

Choice 1:
~ Download the heRO full installer, you'll find a link to our 1 file full installer in this post here (scroll down around the middle of the first post).
~ Extract the file with a Compression Software such as Winzip or Winrar.
~ Launch the install application and follow the steps, click the new icon on your desktop to play!

Choice 2:
~ Download Ragnarok and Sakray from this site: RMS
~ Then install both Ragnarok and Sakray then fully patch both of them.
~ Download the latest heRO mini-installer (patch) from : here
~ Unzip it then launch the install application and follow the steps, click the new icon on your desktop to play!

If you do have RO installed already:

~ Go into your RO folder (default path is C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO) make sure you don't have a folder called data, if you do rename or remove it.
~ Download the latest heRO mini-installer (patch) from : here
~ Unzip it then launch the install application and follow the steps, click the new icon on your desktop to play!

To create a new account, follow these simple steps:

~ Start heRO.exe to play for the first time.
~ At the login screen, enter your desired username followed by "_M" for a male account or "_F" for a female account.
Example: Pandora_F
~ Write your desired password in the appropriate field and log in for the first time!
~ This will create your account automalically! (If it fails, try another login the one you tried might be already chosen)
~ To log in the following times, simply remove the _M / _F

Voila! You are ready to be a hero!
